Brian Devlin


Brian has over 35 years acting experience. In 1984 he joined the influential Belfast based drama group, Fringe Benefits under the direction of Peter Quigley and David Grant. He made his film debut in 1995 as Paul in Divorcing Jack. He continued to make several films in N Ireland working with directors including John Irvin, David Caffrey, Bernard McClaverty and Charles McDougall. He appeared in several episodes of Give My Head Peace and other locally made TV programmes.

Brian has also been prominent in the local Am-Dram scene for many years, winning Best Actor awards for performances in Juno and the Paycock by Sean O Casey, All Souls Night by Joe Tomelty and A Life by Hugh Leonard.

A strong character actor, his skill and versatility make Brian ideal for many roles.
